Please submit your virtual exhibit booth materials below.  These are the items we will use to build your individual exhibit webpage.  If you have any questions, please contact Rebecca Law.

    Next, we need to collect some information about your company that will be displayed on your individual virtual exhibit webpage.
  • This will be used on a white background, so please be sure your logo choice has sufficient contrast. Also, a png with a transparent background may look best. You can submit up to 3 different logos here. (jpg, gif, png, pdf file types accepted. 2Mb/each maximum file size)

      Your virtual exhibitor booth can have up to 2 embedded videos. Please provide the URL to your video(s) (must be a YouTube or Vimeo URL).

      We offer the option including up to 4 downloadable documents on your Exhibitor Booth Page. Please attached and provide a title for each document. (Note: Only PDF files will be accepted)

    • This will be for the person who will receive submissions from the Contact Form on your virtual booth page.
    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the person/legal entity described as "Exhibitor" in this clause and in this exhibitor contract (regardless whether such person/legal entity is also described as "Exhibitor" in this contract) hereby assumes full responsibility and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Promedica International CME and Enliten Medical from and against any and all claims or expenses arising out of Exhibitor's use of the virtual exhibit space and the documents and media submitted through this form.
