Due to limited storage space, shipments will be received without charge beginning Monday, November 11, 2024 (2 days prior to exhibit set up on Wednesday, November 13, 2024). Shipments received before Monday, November 11, 2024 will be charged a $50.00 per day storage fee for up to 25 boxes. Pallets or any extremely heavy items that require a pallet jack will also incur an additional $25.00 per day charge. $5.00 per box or $30 per pallet delivered to other meeting rooms or guestrooms will be charged to the shipper. All delivery fees are given to the team member who delivers the boxes.

All packages will be delivered to the Scripps Ballroom in time for set-up the morning of Wednesday, November 13, 2024.

Important: Do not include meeting organizers’ names on the shipment as they will not be available to assist in receiving packages throughout the week. You must include the name of your company representative who will be receiving the package during set up. If the shipping company has any questions for the hotel, please give them the name of our Event Coordinator at the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines, Samantha Scott: phone number 858‐450‐4549, email: [email protected]. Samantha can assist with any questions regarding shipments.

SHIP OUT INSTRUCTIONS FOR NOVEMBER 15TH

When shipping items back OUT on Friday, November 15th, please call your carrier to ensure a pickup will be made. In general, the major carriers make weekly pickups from the hotel, however without a specific call from exhibitors, the date of pickup cannot be guaranteed. All completely labeled and packaged items can be left in the Scripps Ballroom after teardown.

Exhibit Hours

Registering Exhibitors

The main contact for your exhibit received an email with the number of complimentary registrations your company receives with their space. 10’x10′ spaces in the Scripps Ballroom receive 6 comps, and 6′ tabletop exhibits receive 2 comps. Please reach out to your contact to confirm if they registered you.

If you need to register more representatives than the allotted amount, the reduced registration rate is $100 each. You will need to register at this special rate through the main form, using the following instructions.

Registration for Exhibitors:

1. Visit the CV Interventions registration page

2. Enter your email and click “Go”

3. Enter your first and last name

4. Choose Exhibitor Registration and insert the quantity that you are registering

5. Enter the contact details for each person registering

6. At the top of the “Complete Registration” section, click the plus sign and enter the appropriate promo code (case sensitive):

CI24EXCOMP – use for your complimentary registrations
CI24EXRED – use for your additional registrations at the $100 rate
If you need to register your comps and additional at the reduced rate, you will need to do this in two different transactions as only one promo code can be used at a time.

7. Click “Apply” and then “Submit” and confirmation emails will be sent

Parking

Day Parking:
The Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines has day self parking available for $15 a day. Please note that there are no in and out privileges.

Overnight Parking for Hotel Guests:
Hotel guests will receive the discounted self parking fee of $34/every 24 hours.

CME & CE Certificates/ Course Evaluation

An online program evaluation will be posted to www.promedicacme.com after the conclusion of the symposium.  You will be provided with instructions on how to complete the evaluation via email a few days before the meeting begins.  Once the evaluation has been completed, you will receive the certificate via email as a PDF within two (2) weeks of submission.
