Exhibitor Application


  • Exhibit Fee: $15,000

  • Exhibits will be open from Wednesday, October 26th through Friday, October 28th

    Included with exhibit:
    • 10’ x 10’ exhibit space
    • 6-foot tabletop
    • Chairs & wastebasket (if needed)
    • Six (6) complimentary all-access symposium registrations for company representatives
    • Additional company badges available at the discounted rate of $100 per person (All exhibitor personnel must be registered and receive an exhibitor badge. The badge allows admission to the scientific sessions, meals and social events. Please wear your badge at all times.)
    • CME credit: exhibitors wishing to receive CME credit must complete the post-symposium online evaluation and claim their hours to receive their certificate – details on the types of credit provided are available at https://cvinterventions.com/cme-ce/
    • Company acknowledgement in the online and printed meeting materials
    • Access to the online syllabus, which includes all course materials
  • Please note the following:
    • The exhibit area will not be locked each evening. We ask that you do not leave valuables unattended at your booth at any time. Anything you leave in the exhibit area will be left at your own risk. Neither the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines, nor Enliten Medical, nor Promedica International CME will accept liability for any items left in the exhibit area at any time.
    • While we will make every effort to promote and encourage attendees to visit the exhibit hall, we cannot guarantee booth traffic. It is the exhibiting company’s responsibility to promote its presence at the symposium.
    • Due to evolving limitations from the ACCME and new opt-out rules for course attendees, we unfortunately can no longer share attendee lists with corporate sponsors.
    • In order to exhibit at the 33rd Annual Cardiovascular Interventions symposium, the exhibiting company’s products and/or services must be educational in nature and relevant to the field of interventional cardiology. We reserve the right to accept or reject a potential exhibitor based on our assessment of whether the company’s products and/or services are relevant to the symposium content.
    • Electricity for your booth is available for an additional fee, purchased through the hotel AV department.
