Exhibitor personnel must be registered and wear an exhibitor name badge. An email sent out included instructions on how to register the company attendees. Badges will allow full-access admission to the scientific sessions and all meals.

Day Parking

The Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines has day self parking available for $12 a day. Please note that there are no in and out privileges.

Overnight Parking for Hotel Guests: Hotel guests will receive the discounted self parking fee of $25/night.

John Wayne Airport/Orange County: 70 miles

Weather this time of year is usually mild and occasionally damp. Daytime temperatures are generally in the 60-70°F range, dipping into the 50s°F at night.

CME & CE Certificates/ Course Evaluation

An online program evaluation will be posted to www.promedicacme.com after the conclusion of the symposium.  You will be provided with instructions on how to complete the evaluation via email a few days before the meeting begins.  Once the evaluation has been completed, you will receive the certificate via email as a PDF within two (2) weeks of submission.
